By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Future X.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Future X provides software development, consulting, and technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and mobile application development
• Cloud solutions and infrastructure
• IT consulting and advisory services
• Technical support and maintenance

All services are subject to specific agreements and project scopes defined during the consultation process.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Future X and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom developed software deliverables, excluding our proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies which remain our intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• Initial deposit before project commencement
• Milestone-based payments throughout development
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery

All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Future X in the preceding 12 months.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Amman, Jordan.
